The firm was originally established in 1974 under the name Robert H. LeBlond Architect Ltd.

1977 - 1981 The LeBlond Koch Partnership, Architects and Planners

Edmond D. Koch Architect Ltd.
It is now a partnership of three individual personal corporations, namely:
Robert H. LeBlond Architect Ltd. (1974), Gregory Beck Architect Ltd. (1987), and
Nicholas Vale Architect Ltd. (1996).
These three distinct parties provide the hands-on managerial and organizational skills
to handle the affairs of the Partnership. Their individual, down-to-earth involvement in
all aspects of our projects have established The LeBlond Partnership as a very
well-respected Alberta architectural firm, which has been endowed with numerous
design awards and publications. At present, the Partners have the following responsibilities:
- Robert H. LeBlond Architect Ltd., partner in charge of design and
business development
- Gregory Beck Architect Ltd., partner in charge of production co-ordination, contract
documents administration, specifications, and technical development
- Nicholas Vale Architect Ltd., partner in charge of design and production
